***GENERAL HOUSE RULES*** We ask that you please treat our home with respect. -All adult guest are required to submit ID photos. - Please no smoking inside the house. - No parties OR unregistered guest allowed. - Quiet Hours begin at 11pm. - No Fireworks. - Do not leave uncovered food out (Inside or Outside the house) - Keep hot tub lid closed while not in use. Do not attempt to turn hot tub off. ***POOL RULES*** Please note this is a private pool , there is no lifeguard on duty, you are responsible for your safety and the safety of the guest during your stay. - NO unattended minors at the pool. - NO Jumping or diving into the pool. -NO Food or Beverages in the pool. - NO GLASS in or around the pool. -Cover the pool while not in use ( This will allow the pool to stay clean and warm) -DO NOT tamper with any pool machinery If you have any issues or questions please reach out to the host. **LIABILITY WAIVERS** Guest agrees to use the hot tub at their own risk - host is not responsible for any injuries occurred during the use of the hot tub. Lorena was a great host who has an awesome place to stay at. Lorena was super nice throughout the whole process. She always responded quickly to any questions/concerns we had and just was very helpful overall. Her place was perfect for what we were looking for with all the amenities included as well as being so close to Ski resorts/casino/restaurants. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area. My group would definitely love to come back here soon.

This was an amazing place to stay. Lorena was very friendly and communicative. The home was very accommodating and had a lot of things for us to use. Everything was very clean and organized. I would definitely rent this place in the summer so I can use the back space. It was very beautiful!

We had a great family get away at Lorena’s home! Perfect location, very close to camelback ski resort. Close to supermarkets and convenient stores. Perfect home for our family everyone had an amazing time!
